Universal Orlando Resort will host its annual holiday celebration from November 21, 2025, through January 4, 2026. The event will include themed festivities across Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and for the first time, select areas at Universal Epic Universe.

Guests can experience Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter with festive decorations in Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley, and the new Ministry of Magic location at Epic Universe. Seasonal performances such as The Frog Choir and Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees will return. “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle” nighttime show will also be featured.

Seuss Landing will again offer Grinchmas with the “Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular” stage show and meet-and-greet opportunities with The Grinch. This year introduces a Who-ville Tree Lot with trees themed to Dr. Seuss characters.

Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s is set to return to Universal Studios Florida with large balloons and floats inspired by Minions from Despicable Me, Shrek, Madagascar, and other characters. Santa Claus will lead the lighting of an 80-foot Christmas tree.

At Universal Epic Universe’s Celestial Park, visitors can see seasonal lighting and decorations inspired by astronomical themes.

Additional experiences are available for purchase. The Universal Holiday Tour includes guided access to holiday attractions across two parks, reserved seating for shows and parades, exclusive character meet-and-greets including Santa Claus and The Grinch, cookie decorating activities, and priority access to one attraction. Tickets start at $79.99 plus tax per person; a valid park ticket is required. Annual and Seasonal Passholders receive a $10 discount per ticket on select dates when booking through designated channels.

The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast at Islands of Adventure offers breakfast alongside Seuss Landing characters including The Grinch for $58.99 plus tax per adult or $32.99 plus tax per child (ages 3-9). Menu items feature themed dishes such as Green Eggs & Ham Quiche.

Universal CityWalk’s Red Coconut Club will transform into the Green and Red Coconut Club during the holidays with live entertainment under this year’s theme: “Mistletoe Pines Ski Lodge.” Guests may encounter Earl the Squirrel during special appearances in CityWalk Plaza.

All eleven Universal Orlando Resort hotels will feature holiday décor along with special menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve buffets, tree lightings, menorah ceremonies for Hanukkah, carolers and more celebrations throughout the season.

New Year’s Eve events are planned across all theme parks as well as CityWalk and resort hotels; details are forthcoming.
