The Tallahassee Senior Center will host its annual “Deck the Halls” event on Friday, December 5, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at its auditorium located at 1400 N. Monroe St. The gathering marks the beginning of the City of Tallahassee’s 2025 Winter Festival weekend.
Organizers say the venue will be decorated for the holidays and offer live music, gourmet food, and drinks. Attendees can participate in a cash giveaway, visit a martini bar, and bid in a silent auction with items such as desserts, dining experiences, art, jewelry, and vacation packages.
The event is described by organizers as more than just a party. According to the announcement: “Deck the Halls” is the Tallahassee Senior Center Foundation’s signature fundraiser, supporting programs for active seniors.”
Tickets are priced at $60 per person and include complimentary valet parking. Additional details about tickets can be found at TallahasseeSeniorFoundation.org.
“Deck the Halls” is presented by the Tallahassee Senior Center & Foundation with support from sponsors. The center operates under Tallahassee Senior Services as part of the City of Tallahassee’s Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Affairs Department.
