Tallahassee Senior Center to hold “Deck the Halls” fundraiser on December 5

The Tallahassee Senior Center will host its annual “Deck the Halls” event on Friday, December 5, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at its auditorium located at 1400 N. Monroe St. The gathering marks the beginning of the City of Tallahassee’s 2025 Winter Festival weekend.

Organizers say the venue will be decorated for the holidays and offer live music, gourmet food, and drinks. Attendees can participate in a cash giveaway, visit a martini bar, and bid in a silent auction with items such as desserts, dining experiences, art, jewelry, and vacation packages.

The event is described by organizers as more than just a party. According to the announcement: “Deck the Halls” is the Tallahassee Senior Center Foundation’s signature fundraiser, supporting programs for active seniors.”

“Deck the Halls” is presented by the Tallahassee Senior Center & Foundation with support from sponsors.
