Tallahassee police arrest two suspects in Holton Street homicide investigation

The Tallahassee Police Department has arrested two individuals in connection with a homicide that took place on August 16 at the Leon Arms Apartments on Holton Street.

According to investigators, evidence gathered at the scene and information from a search warrant led detectives to identify multiple people of interest. The investigation revealed probable cause to arrest two suspects.

Detectives determined that the suspects entered an apartment intending to rob the victim, who was a juvenile male. During the attempted robbery, the victim was fatally shot.

“This arrest is a testament to officers working diligently to sort the facts of the case and bring justice to the victim and their family,” stated TPD officials.
