Multiple businesses are set to open new locations in South Florida, according to an April 7 announcement. The openings will include cafes, fitness studios, private equity offices, and industrial facilities across Miami-Dade County, Boca Raton, Brickell, and Hialeah.

The news highlights the ongoing growth of both retail and commercial sectors in the region. New tenants at shopping centers and office buildings reflect continued demand for space from a range of industries.

At the Palms at Town & Country retail center in Kendall, Pura Vida Miami has leased 3,400 square feet with plans to open this summer. Jetset Pilates will follow with a 2,000-square-foot studio next winter. Yoga Joint is scheduled to occupy a 5,400-square-foot space this summer as well. Fast-casual restaurant Cava is expected to open its own location soon. These deals come after other recent openings at the center such as Miniso’s 7,000-square-foot store for home goods and accessories. The Palms at Town & Country is owned by Kimco Realty.

In Boca Raton’s Cityscape district, Fuze House—a mat Pilates studio using infrared heating—will open on the ground floor of The Mark apartment building later this year. Once operational, it will be Fuze House’s third location in South Florida.

Swiss private equity firm Ufenau Capital Partners plans to establish its U.S. headquarters in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood later this month within Quest Workspaces’ co-working facility at 777 Brickell Avenue. Neal Monga will lead the local office as part of their expansion strategy.

In Hialeah’s Countyline Corporate Park phase four development, Sentury Tire USA has pre-leased an entire new building totaling 220,000 square feet; construction is expected to finish by year-end before Sentury moves in. This deal means all buildings planned for phase four are now fully pre-leased.
