Palm Beach County weekly condo sales hold steady at over $31M

Palm Beach County condo sales remained steady last week, with brokers closing 64 transactions totaling $31.4 million between August 11 and August 17. The previous week saw 66 condo sales, also amounting to $31.4 million in volume.

The average sale price for the most recent week was $491,305, up from the prior week’s average of $413,454. The average price per square foot increased to $328 from $278. These figures are based on data provided by Redfin.

Prices for the top ten condo sales ranged from $717,500 to $2.8 million.

The highest-priced sale was unit 1708 at Toscana South, located at 3740 South Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, which sold for $2.8 million, or $985 per square foot. Judith Randon of Judith Randon Realty and Nancy Ghen of Coldwell Banker Realty were the listing agents for this property, while Jonathan Lewis with Elite Realty of South Florida represented the buyer.

Unit 3102 at Havn Residences & Yacht Club, at 184 Lake Drive in Palm Beach Shores, recorded the second highest sale at $2.5 million, or $939 per square foot. Thomas Murray and Alyssa Ward with Compass had the listing; Jade Mather with Coldwell Banker Realty brought the buyer.

Other notable transactions included:

– Chalfonte at 550 South Ocean Boulevard, unit 406 in Boca Raton: Sold for $1.71 million ($1,181 per square foot). Listing agent was Ana Londono with Lang Realty; Kelly Jackson with Kelly Team represented the buyer.
– Jupiter Country Club at 179 Tresana Boulevard, unit 145 in Jupiter: Sold for $717,500 ($338 per square foot). Sylvia Isaacs and Jeffrey Lichtenstein with Echo Fine Properties listed the property; Jeffrey Coe with Compass represented the buyer.

These transactions highlight ongoing activity and consistent pricing trends in Palm Beach County’s condominium market.
