Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife Marine Rollins are in the process of selling their waterfront mansion at 7 Indian Creek Island Road, with an asking price of $200 million. The property is reportedly under contract to Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan.
The estate, which is still under construction, was listed as pending last week in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This transaction led the latest Eklund-Gomes signed contracts report for Miami-Dade County, which tracks homes and condos listed at $4 million or more on the MLS.
Between February 23 and March 1, buyers signed contracts for 31 properties in Miami-Dade County. These included 21 single-family homes and 10 condos, with a combined asking dollar volume of $457.7 million. On average, these properties spent 181 days on the market.
During this period, 46 new luxury listings were added to the market in Miami-Dade County, bringing the total number of such listings to 1,271. In comparison, buyers had signed contracts for 27 properties with a combined asking price of $285.7 million during the previous week.
The single-family homes that went under contract last week had an average asking price of $18 million and spent about 167 days on the market. Their total asking dollar volume reached $379 million.
According to a report by Douglas Elliman’s team led by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes, Zuckerberg and Chan are purchasing a nearly two-acre property featuring a mansion spanning approximately 28,000 square feet. Danny and Jill Hertzberg from Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker have listed this property. Aaron Rollins is known for creating the AirSculpt body-contouring procedure. Forbes estimates Zuckerberg’s net worth at over $222 billion.
If finalized, this purchase would place Zuckerberg among other high-profile tech figures who have acquired South Florida real estate recently—including Google co-founder Larry Page and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. Bezos owns three properties in Indian Creek.
Condos that found buyers last week averaged an asking price of $7.9 million each and typically spent about 211 days on the market. The total asking dollar volume for these condos was $78.8 million—about $2,000 per square foot on average.
The most expensive condo placed under contract was unit 4201-05 at Five Park (500 Alton Road) in Miami Beach with an asking price of $14 million. Listed by Ivan Chorney and Michael Martirena’s Ivan & Mike Team at Compass, this combined unit covers roughly 5,200 square feet with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two half-baths, two offices and a wraparound terrace—amounting to about $2,716 per square foot.
In New York City during the same period covered by these reports, buyers signed contracts for 32 homes totaling more than $316 million in combined asking prices; those properties remained on the market for an average of 916 days.
