Kolter Group and Perko Development Partners have begun sales for Maison d’Or, a new waterfront condominium project in West Palm Beach. The development is located at 3705 South Flagler Drive on a 1.4-acre site overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and near Mar-a-Lago Club.

Maison d’Or will be a 19-story building with 39 residential units, designed by global architecture firm 10 Design, with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates and landscaping by EDSA. The condos will range from two to four bedrooms and vary in size from approximately 3,000 square feet to more than 10,000 square feet.

Amenities planned for the building include a pool, spa facilities, fitness center, club lounge, private dining room, theater, guest suites, and salon. Prices for units start at $5.7 million. Dan Riordan, Nick Peterson, and Andreea Fodor have been appointed to lead sales efforts.

Earlier this year, Kolter and Perko completed the purchase of the former Flagler House condominium at the same address for $37.6 million as part of their redevelopment strategy. Kolter Group is based in Delray Beach and led by CEO Bobby Julien; Perko Development Partners operates out of Jupiter under Phil Perko’s leadership.

The two firms are also working on another project in Tequesta following a $25 million buyout last December where they plan an eight-story condo with twelve units.

Buyouts have become common in Palm Beach County due to limited availability of vacant waterfront sites. Competition among developers has increased along areas such as Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach; disputes over these properties have sometimes led to legal battles between companies like Related Ross and Fort Partners over prime locations.

Maison d’Or adds to a growing number of luxury condominium projects underway in West Palm Beach—over 2,000 units are currently planned or being developed across the city.
