Children under the age of five in Florida will have the opportunity to visit the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex for free in 2026 through a new initiative called the Junior Space Explorer Pass. The program is open exclusively to Florida residents and provides complimentary admission for eligible children until December 31, 2026.

To participate, parents or guardians must pre-register their children online via the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex website by February 27, 2026. Registration at the front entrance is not available. When redeeming the pass, proof of the child’s age is required, such as a certified birth certificate or travel passport; school IDs and children’s security IDs are not accepted. Parents or guardians must also present a photo ID that confirms their Florida residential address.

Once activated, the pass allows unlimited visits through the end of December 2026, although blackout dates may apply during launch viewings and special events.
