In recent developments in South Florida’s real estate sector, several organizations have announced changes in leadership and new hires for 2026.
Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors has appointed Jonathan Dolphus as its president for 2026. Dolphus leads the Dolphus Group with eXp Realty, operating out of Lake Worth and West Palm Beach. He joined eXp Realty in 2021 and previously served as first vice president for the group in 2022.
Miami-based law firm Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes has promoted Nicholas “Nick” Rodriguez-Caballero to partner. Rodriguez-Caballero has been with the firm for nearly eight years, starting as a summer associate while attending Florida State University College of Law. His practice focuses on land use, zoning, environmental matters, coastal resilience, and oceanography.
Bainbridge Companies, a multifamily developer based in Wellington, has hired Jennifer Ipock as vice president of operations. Ipock was previously regional vice president at RKW Residential and managed operations across the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia over nine years. In her new role at Bainbridge Companies, she will oversee operational strategy and performance across the company’s portfolio.
The Keyes Company is expanding its reach in Southwest Florida through a partnership with Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group. The Cape Coral-based group will continue under its current leadership and branding. Jeff Miloff and Gary Aubuchon founded Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group in 1999; since then they have closed $3.4 billion in sales volume.
Foss Real Estate Partners has added Robert Horton as a partner to help grow its capital markets operations. Horton comes from Concord Summit Capital where he was managing director for two years. While Foss is headquartered in Dallas, Horton will be based in Miami.
