The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has scheduled a virtual customer meeting for Citrus Waterworks, Inc. customers on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EDT.

Citrus Waterworks, Inc., which serves 154 residential customers and one general service customer in Citrus County, filed an application with the FPSC on April 30, 2025, seeking to adjust its water and wastewater rates. The upcoming meeting is intended to give customers an opportunity to provide input on the rate adjustment request and on the company’s quality of service. According to the FPSC, “Customer feedback will be considered by the Commission as part of its decision-making process.”

Customers who want to speak at the meeting can register by completing an online registration form found under Hot Topics on the FPSC home page and clicking the “Sign-up to Speak” link, by calling 1-850-413-7080, or by emailing the FPSC. Online speaker registration will be open from Thursday, October 16, at 9:00 a.m. EDT, until Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at noon.

Those who do not wish to speak may watch the meeting live by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events” on the FPSC website.

The meeting is part of the FPSC’s process for considering rate adjustments requested by regulated utilities in Florida.
