The Florida Chamber Foundation and Florida Chamber of Commerce will hold the 2025 Future of Florida Forum (F3) and Annual Meeting on October 27–28 in Orlando. The event aims to bring together business, political, and community leaders to discuss strategies for economic growth in Florida. The forum will focus on the Florida 2030 Blueprint’s goal of making Florida the 10th largest economy in the world by 2030.
This year’s headliners include Matt Higgins, entrepreneur, investor, and Shark Tank star, and Stephen M. Ross, CEO & Chairman of Related Ross and owner of the Miami Dolphins. According to Matt Higgins, “Florida is growing fast, presenting a unique opportunity for the business community to capitalize on an evolving, innovation-driven economy. If you care about the future of Florida’s business and economic landscape, this is where you need to be.”
The agenda will feature the announcement of the winner of the inaugural Coolest Thing Made in Florida Competition to highlight the state’s manufacturing sector. Attendees will also receive the Florida 2030 Blueprint Halftime Report with updates on progress toward long-term economic goals.

Other speakers include U.S. Congressman Byron Donalds, who will discuss national issues affecting Florida; Secretary Jared Perdue of the Florida Department of Transportation on infrastructure; Chancellor Raymond Rodrigues of the State University System of Florida; Adrienne Johnston, President & CEO of CareerSource Florida; Commissioner Anastasios Kamoutsas of the Florida Department of Education on workforce development; Heather Kasten, President & CEO of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce on local chamber initiatives; Melissa Seixas, President of Duke Energy Florida; Archie Collins, President & CEO of TECO on utility innovation; Matt Dunagan, Executive Director of the Florida Sheriff’s Association; and Sheriff Dennis Lemma on a new partnership for community safety.
Topics at the forum will include artificial intelligence, innovation, lawsuit abuse reform, affordable housing, tax reform, civic engagement, mental health, economic development, and business rent tax elimination.
