Florida Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Mark Wilson recently appeared on News4Jax to discuss Florida’s economic trends and upcoming initiatives. In the interview, Wilson spoke about the state’s ongoing economic growth, noting the increase in manufacturing activity and Florida’s rising attractiveness for business relocations and startups.

Wilson emphasized the role of the Future of Florida Forum (F3), an event that brings together leaders from various sectors to work toward making Florida one of the world’s top ten economies by 2030. “He also discussed how F3 unites leaders around the goal of making Florida the tenth-largest economy in the world by 2030.”

The Future of Florida Forum is scheduled for October 27-28 in Orlando, where business, political, non-profit, and community representatives will gather to address issues affecting Florida’s economic future.

Additionally, Wilson highlighted a competition focused on recognizing innovative products manufactured within the state.
