Florida Board of Governors to meet virtually December 12 on key university matters

The Florida Board of Governors is set to hold a virtual meeting on Friday, December 12, starting at 8:30 a.m. The agenda for the meeting includes several significant items.

During the full board session, members will consider confirming the University of South Florida President-Elect. They will also review and potentially approve public notice regarding amendments to Board of Governors Regulations 8.011, 9.007, and 10.015.

The Nomination and Governance Committee will address the appointment of university trustees and discuss approval of public notice for proposed changes to Board of Governors Regulations 1.001 and 1.002.

The meeting will take place online via Zoom.
