Film Florida has scheduled its next quarterly meeting for December 11 and 12, 2025, in Orlando. The event will take place at Eola View, located at 150 E. Central Blvd. The organization’s committees, councils, and board of directors will convene over the two days. Virtual attendance via Zoom is available for those unable to be present in person.

Attendees are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy or gift to the meeting. All donated items will go to a Central Florida organization during the holiday season. A 50/50 raffle will also be held during the meetings. Tickets are $5 each or five for $20, with payment accepted by cash, credit card, or digitally. Both in-person and virtual participants can join the raffle. “The winning ticket will be drawn at the end of the Board of Directors Meeting. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing. The raffle winner will receive 50% of the money collected, the other 50% will go to the Film Florida grant and scholarship fund,” according to Film Florida.

The tentative schedule on December 11 includes committee and council meetings exclusive to Film Florida members from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., followed by an evening networking event hosted by Women in Film & Television Florida from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., also at Eola View.

On December 12, there will be a continental breakfast for members at 9:00 a.m., followed by a public board of directors meeting from 9:30 a.m. until noon.

A hotel block is available at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown for $199 per night plus taxes. Parking is offered at $24 per day per car, and guests have access to amenities such as a pool, fitness center, complimentary evening reception, and daily cooked-to-order breakfast. The group rate cut-off date is November 19, 2025, or until rooms sell out.

Individuals interested in joining member-only meetings can contact info@filmflorida.org for call-in details or visit Film Florida’s website for membership information.
