Eastdil Secured has appointed Nick Lavin as director with its National Housing Group, where he will oversee the firm’s Florida multifamily practice. According to a press release, Lavin will also support Eastdil’s broader activities throughout the Sun Belt. Before joining Eastdil, Lavin worked at JLL for more than six years, most recently serving as a senior director with its Capital Markets team. He will be based in Miami.

JLL announced Angela Kyle as senior vice president for its South Florida tenant representation team. In her new position, she will advise public institutions and health care organizations.

With the Agency, Aguila will lead sales for HQ Residences Miami, a new 35-story condo tower planned by Sam Nazarian and Marc Anthony in Edgewater.

The Agency is expanding into the Florida Keys by launching an office in Key West under the leadership of Lisa and Tim Swanson. This location marks its seventh office in Florida.

Additionally, agent Rachael Brook has moved to Douglas Elliman’s Miami Beach office after seven years at S. Pearlman & Associates in Los Angeles. Brook works across markets in Florida, California, and New York; her focus in Miami Beach will include new development, luxury relocation, and investment sales.
