Duke Energy schedules release of Q4 and year-end 2025 financial results for February

Duke Energy announced it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025 on February 10, 2026. The company stated that the results will be available at 7 a.m. ET on its website at duke-energy.com/investors.

A conference call to discuss these results is scheduled for 10 a.m. ET on the same day. The call will be led by Harry Sideris, president and chief executive officer, and Brian Savoy, executive vice president and chief financial officer. Interested parties can access the call through Duke Energy’s investor website or by phone using the provided numbers and confirmation code.

“An earnings conference call for analysts is scheduled at 10 a.m. ET that day to discuss the fourth-quarter and year-end 2025 results and other business and financial updates,” according to Duke Energy.

The company noted that a recording of the webcast would be available on its website starting February 11.

Duke Energy, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is among the largest energy holding companies in the United States. It serves approximately 8.6 million electric customers across six states—North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky—and owns about 55,100 megawatts of energy capacity. Its natural gas utilities serve around 1.7 million customers in five states.
